1. How many days will you take to respond to my order?

If your order reaches us before 12pm on weekdays (GMT +8.00), you can expect a response with us together with a price quotation on the same day itself. Orders that reach us after 12pm on weekdays (GMT +8.00) will receive a response by the next day.

2. Can I change my order after submitting it?

Yes, you may modify or change your order even after submitting the order. Just correspond with the sales representative that contacted you with a quotation, and state your requests.

3. Do I need to pay for the shipping cost?

Yes, you will have to pay for all freight costs imposed by your order. We understand how important it is to receive your order when you expect it, and hence, we work with well renowned courier services such as DHL, FedEx and others to deliver your goods in a timely fashion. We suggest that you ship to a reliable address as our couriers only deliver between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and a signature is required upon receipt.

4. Can I use my own shipping agents / forwarders?

If you have an account with a worldwide freight agent, you are more than welcome to arrange the transport of your goods. We will provide you with all the details you need for your agent to make the pick up from our headquarters.

5. How do I track my shipment?

At TimeTec we arrange shipment of your goods using worldwide renowned services which come with a air-way-bill number. This air-way-bill number enables us to keep track of the movement of your goods. Most of the time, you can even log in to the respective websites of the forwarder online, and insert the number to track your goods accurately. If you opt to use your own shipping forwarder, however, then we will be unable to track your shipment for you. In this case, you should consult your shipping agent for tracking.

6. What methods of payment are available?

We accept several methods of payment at TimeTec such as Telegraphic Transfer, Paypal via Credit Card, and Western Union.

7. What about taxes, customs, and duty charges?

When we give you a quotation, this does not cover tax, customs, or duty charges that you may have to pay in your country. Please find out as much as you can about your import taxes in your own country before purchasing the item. If you need assistance in areas such as value declaration or certificate of origin, feel free to communicate this to our sales representative. We assure you we'll do all that's possible to help ou with your order.

8. Is there a warranty or return policy for TimeTec products?

TimeTec does have a warranty policy to protect you against things like defected parts and dead-on-arrival policy. We recommend that you to read up the warranty policy before purchasing your TimeTec product. In case you are not satisfied with a product that we've delivered to you, you could always return the product within 7 days of receipt to get your money back. However, we will not bear any shipping charge and taxes imposed on the goods. To make sure no complications occur with the return process, we recommend that you get in contact with our sales representative should you be dissatisfied with our product. We will work out the best possible way to solve the problem for you!
